Noyon’s natural dye innovation draws rich, authentic color from nature’s own palette, extracted from plant-based sources and refined to meet the high- performance needs of the apparel and textile industries. This is color as the planet intended — raw, rooted, and responsibly crafted. We call it PLANETONES: the tones of the earth, reimagined for future.

Why Planetones is Unique

Planetones colour made entirely from 100% plant-based materials such as leaves, barks, and roots

No metal mordant required during dyeing

Covers over 90% of the color palette for polyamide materials

Achieves 85–95% color matching accuracy

Ensures 90–95% color repeatability

Maintains color fastness at a 3+ level

(Tested using AATCC 16.3-20AFU method)

100% water-soluble, ensuring minimal waste and demonstrates high dye exhaustion levels

Process Efficiency and Environmental Benefits

Planetones is designed for seamless integration:

No additional infrastructure is required — compatible with existing dyeing machinery and techniques.

Easy adaptation for current operations.

A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) conducted by Bluwin compared the environmental impact of a synthetic dye profile for lace versus Planetones’ natural dye profile. The results highlighted significant savings across multiple sustainability metrics, including resource consumption and process efficiency.

With these improvements, a considerable reduction in dye cycle time was also achieved.
